Level B1 - Forming the French Subjunctive - 50 Practice Cards with Translations
This set of 50 study cards is meant to help you practice and master forming the French present subjunctive. Each card provides a sentence with a blank where the verb should be. The verb you are to use is written in the infinitive form at the top of each card. 25 cards begin with Il faut que, and 25 begin with Il ne faut pas que.
You will get to practice using regular and irregular verbs in the subjunctive, and the English translations provided on the answer key will be most helpful as you come across new vocabulary and ways of saying things. None of the English translations begin with It is necessary that, because that isn't the best way to say these sentences in English. You will gain better knowledge of why the subjunctive is used by working with so many different examples.
